New generation service

Vocational Service is both the responsibility of a Rotary club and of its members. The avenue of vocational service is very wide and clear but relatively less traveled. Therefore it becomes an additional responsibility for its Director to highlight its role in Rotary service.  The Club as a whole has some responsibilities which it implements through the Director vocational service. The individual members have to conduct themselves, their businesses and their profession in accordance with the Rotary principles and contribute their vocational talents to club projects. Some of the activities in the avenue : promotion of “4 way test”, vocational guidance to the young people, career counseling and development, exploring employment opportunities, job placement with a minimum number targeted every year, rotary volunteer programmes, observe vocational service month, October, etc. Vocational Service is the way in which Rotary fosters and supports the Ideal of Service in pursuit of all vocations.
