Successful accomplishment of Online training & Closing Ceremony of 17th batch of Foundation course in Computers and Employability on 31st July 2020. All 7 candidates cleared the course with 3 of them clearing with excellent grades.

Proud moment for us at Rotary club of Cochin Global as our School for Visually Impaired – RCGF Surya Project on 31st July 2020 completed its first Online training & closing ceremony of the 17th Batch of Foundation Course & Employability. Seven candidates underwent the course during these challenging times and all of them passed out in flying colours. Three of them, Jeelu Mary Jacob, Lakshmi Kurup & Raja Gopal cleared the course with excellent grades. The course is done under the guidance and curriculum of “Enable India”. Cherry on the cake was when each one of them presented their “Social Integration Project” and shared their experiences. This project was a part of
the curriculum where in they had to challenge themselves and do a task on their own which they have not done till now.

1. Jeelu Mary Jacob – Travelling to a medical lab for blood test.

2. Lekshmi Kurup – Baking a cake.

3. Najimal Sha Najeem – Trekking.

4. M S Rajagopal – Making a cabin for computer table.

5. Muhamad Shahir- Cleaning the well.

6. Sonymol Verghese – Travelling to a pilgrimage centre.

7. Vishnu Sunil – Cooking

It was overwhelming to see each one of them sharing their experience with all excitement and happinesses. This was a reassurance and condence
booster for each one of them and their families.

We look forward to continuing with the online course for the next batch for advanced employability

International Literacy Day – Donation of 33 Smart Phones
