The Mission : Prepare the new generation up to the age of 30 by providing opportunities for development of their skills and competence. The Director has the responsibility for organizing projects to support the fundamental needs - health, human value, education and self development of the youth. He can achieve this by organizing any or all of : Interact, Rotaract,  youth leadership programmes, Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) and also programmes for children at risk, children with disabilities and so on.
