Attendance

Significant importance is given to improve the attendance. As all our members are busy professionals or from business community, and thus we are in a position to achieve only an average of 60% attendance in our regular meetings. But we have  given  great emphasis in building family fellowship and involvement and we have achieved about 90% attendance in our Family Dinner Meetings conducted once in every month. All our members look forward to Monthly Dinner Meetings with excellent variety entertainments.

Membership Development

The membership of the Club at the beginning of the year was 40. The Club gives keen interest in increasing the membership by adding members with quality. This year we have already increased the membership to 50 and close at 55 by the end of this Rotary Year.

Board Meeting

So far 10 Board Meetings have been conducted. Two Club Assembly were also conducted and many Committee Meetings.

Dinner Meeting

Every month we conduct one Family Dinner Meeting with variety entertainments.  We used to invite family and other members for our family gatherings.

Fire Side Meeting

All our Dinner Meetings are sponsored by a group of 6 to 7 members. So the Dinner Meetings can be considered as Fire Side Meetings
